Teams

Teams is the replacement for Skype for Business.  Compared to Skype for Business, Teams has a collaboration focus.  It can significantly reduce intra-office email messages.  It's useful when employees are distributed, working on complex tasks with projects that have frequent changes.  When a new member joins a Team, they have instant access to a project's history, which makes it significantly easier for new team members to get up to speed on any project.
